I am an innovator at heart with a versatile background.
As a passionate coach, strategist, and AI specialist, with a fascination for people and regenerative and sustainable business models, I have refined my skills in innovative idea development, future thinking, and purposeful value creation through change.
 

After pursuing art studies and following different creative fields, I navigated diverse agency environments, delved into software development and consulting, and made my way into venture building. As a thought leader, I built diverse and high-performing teams from scratch and have helped international enterprises, as well as midsized clients, find the most valuable solutions for their businesses, products, and services.

Over the years, I have built up a solid portfolio of clients with whom I have worked, such as Adidas, Coop, DreamWorks SKG, Innogy, Ivoclar Vivadent, Nickelodeon, RWE, Siemens, Swiss Tourism, and many others.
 

 

However, there were two eye-opening experiences in my life that fundamentally shaped my path and led me to engage with the theme of using purpose for a better world.

One of them was my extended travels through some of the last ecosystems of our planet. Witnessing first-hand the impacts of climate change, biodiversity loss, poverty, and displacement led to a profound reflection on my role in creating meaningful, positive impacts. Secondly, I have often observed how the true potential of individuals was overlooked because leadership focused too much on profit and growth, neglecting the crucial importance of individual value and purpose. Or how power structures prevented meaningful ways to innovate and create new opportunities because they lacked an honest and authentic purpose.
 

I am equipped with an MIT certification in Designing and Building AI Products and Services and an ICF certification as a solution-focused coach. These qualifications empower me, on the one hand,  to foster innovative ideas and translate them into technologically advanced and future-oriented solutions. On the other hand, they enable me to fully support leaders to establish more holistic, human, authentic, and purposeful leadership.  

I also demonstrated my commitment to knowledge-sharing in the academic field as a past guest lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. Committed to leveraging my diverse experiences and skills, I drive sustainable and impactful change.
